We looked for months for the perfect house for our family of seven, which includes three young children and two dogs. As you can imagine that is a difficult task. Once we did, we realized there needed to be many changes to the house to make it work for us.
Everything from demolition and building, to new floors, and new paint. We had no idea where or how to start.
That's where Tracey came swooping in. Tracey sat with us, walked our house with us and listened until she knew exactly what we wanted. We had one week to get everything done, and we had no idea where to start. Tracey seemlessly took the lead in working with our general and flooring contractors on our kitchen, foyer, mud room and basement redesign, and even with our painters. Her guidance, organization and structure ensured our house was overhauled, to our design specifications, in a single week! It was astounding!
When it was time to do our basement we were in the house. Tracey managed to organize and ensure the flooring and basement construction done while we weren't in the house. Incredible!
Every single design and execution decision she made was exactly what we wanted; even when we weren't able to eloquently verbalize what we were looking for. She breathed life in to our random ideas and inklings, and turned our house in to the livable, kid-friendly cottage we wanted. She made our new house in to the home we were envisioning.
