Occasionally, I will may suggest bringing in additional or alternate pieces to help give a room a more modern, functional and attractive look based on your target audience. TCT Designs, LLC has inventory of accessories for rental as well as relationships with rental companies. TCT Designs, LLC will coordinate all rentals and installations. Having the right items help to showcase your homes best features is critical. Rental items are billed on a monthly basis with a 3 month minimum, due in advance.
