Staging Consultations/DIY $225
What to expect: Beginning at the curb and walking through the home with a "buyer's eye" identifying areas of concern and focus so that your home does not help sell your competition!
Included:

Up to 1.5 hour on site for average home 2500 sqft and less*

Assess competition and buyer demographic

Detailed report with photos of up to 4 main rooms with detailed observations and suggestions with 3-5 business days

Recommendations of fixtures, materials, color selections, curb appeal, etc.
* Larger homes will run an average of $50-$100 more
House to Home/Vacant Houses*
What to expect: Complete House to Home transformation and make over creating a warm and inviting space that your target buyer can mentally move into!
Included but not limited to:

A home preparation plan emailed within 5-7 days after initial meeting

A proposal and staging action plan outlining areas/rooms to focus

Shopping service or recommended purchases and or rentals to complete the look (shopping time is additional)

Furnished Homes
What to expect: Full on site execution strategically placing homeowners current furnishings and accessories (as best we can) to market the homes best features by maximizing assets and minimizing flaws of the home.
Included but not limited to:

Proposal and action plan including including recommended de-cluttering and organization by homeowner prior to start

Shopping service or recommended purchases and or rentals to complete the look (shopping time is additional)
